Perfect Touch Helps
Advanced Massage Therapy
Perfect Touch Helps’ mission is to use the healing power of massage to improve the quality of life for everyone everywhere.

Lolitha Perry is a retired teacher, mother-of-four, and a licensed massage therapist. She founded Perfect Touch Helps LLC in 2016 to provide massage therapy and extended her business with a product line in 2020.
Partnered with

EMBOLDEN partners with Black, Latinx, and Indigenous-owned businesses to transition products, services, and workflows to a digital format. We aim to understand our client’s most crucial needs by providing digital and strategic support. We hope that our partners will be completely digitized with our services.
Overview
Introduction:
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lolitha adapted PTH business practices to accommodate recurring clients and keep PTH running. Updating digital fronts of her businesses, a vital means to stay afloat during the pandemic, proved to be a challenge Lolitha had little time to address.
Lolitha came to us for help in order to develop a clear brand identity and expand both of her businesses. Establishing growth plans, organizing financials, reviewing supply chain processes, recreating websites, building an online presence, redesigning logos and packaging, and refining social media content were prioritized to increase customer appeal and allow for scaleability.
